Delivery time
The delivery time is agreed with the courier of the Delivery Service, who will contact you immediately after placing your order.
Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data during registration and checkout. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.
Delivery is carried out on weekdays and on Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. Items you order on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. The delivery time depends on the time of placing the purchase and the availability of goods in the warehouse:
- if the order is confirmed by the sales manager before 16:00, the goods can be delivered the next business day.
- if the order is confirmed by the sales manager after 16:00, the goods can be delivered on the second day.

Place of delivery
Delivery is carried out to the address specified at checkout. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, please inform the sales manager, who will contact you directly after registration on the site.

Upon delivery, you will be given all the necessary documents for the purchase. When making a purchase for an organization, you will be given an invoice, as well as an invoice in which you need to put the seal of your organization. The price indicated in the documents sent to you by the courier is final, the courier does not have the right to adjust the price.
The buyer checks the appearance of the goods, which must be in a solid, not torn or wrinkled package. Further, the buyer is advised to open the package and check the conformity of the number of ordered items of goods. Externally, the product must also not have any damage, dents or chips.
